IT's High time india unshackles controls on atleast one of the Industry sectors
We need to encourage foreign companies to invest 100 % in atleast telecom sector
We should dispose of the retrospective act,only then Foreign investors will come
Vodafone is there but again stuck in a huge tax issue.
I feel indian telecom operators have not done enough. We need more investment .tons
of it from abroad. We dont have wifi in buses,trains. There is no connectivity for engine
drivers or police stations in remote areas. Too much call drops. Telecom industry needs massive
investment and is a slow return sector On top of it if foreign companies are harrassed ,they will not
invest here. The govt and pvt sector is promising WIFI ,but not delivering. Let the domestic industry face full competition in atleast one sector. What is wrong with that. Now some will say its a threat to
security. But if you properly monitor and reduce corruption then that will make a bigger impact.
